This report provides an overview of the organizational structure, activities and strategies, as well as financial situation of the Association for the Prevention of Torture (APT) in 2013. It also provides a detailed explanation of the ATP's new strategic plan for the period 2013-2015, which sets out a road map to 1) increase transparency in places of detention, 2) increase effective policies and legal frameworks against torture, 3) promote capacity building and exchanges between different actors, and 4) increase its contribution to public debates and policies.
