This paper discusses the legal and constitutional impact of the Euro crisis at the EU and national levels. The authors describe the legislative changes made during the crisis both in the EU and in member states’ legal systems and comment on the issues raised by these changes. They also consider possible future Treaty amendments in light of the discussion surrounding the recent revisions and the needs exposed by the current crisis.
