This report analyzes the 2013-2014 results of a survey that tracks local perceptions of safety and security in the eastern districts of Abkhazia. It also looks at the potential for increased tensions in the territory before analyzing the existing types of engagement between different ethnic groups as well as the types of inter-ethnic engagement people would be willing to participate in.
