This paper examines the changes generated by the Arab Spring in the Middle East.The author comments specifically on the consequences of the Arab Spring in terms of: 1) the emergence of new political actors and the reorganization of old ones, 2) the myth and reality of Arab unity, 3) the development models followed by transitioning countries, 4) the regional order in the Middle East, and 5) its implications for Israel, Iran, Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
