This report provides an overview of a conference on some of the major challenges facing cybersecurity and Internet governance. Specific topics covered at the conference included, among other things: 1) how to enhance global access to secure products and services; 2) how to improve transparency and accountability in the collection and use of online information about individuals by governments; 3) how to modernize international procedures related to crimes enabled by the cyber domain; and 4) how to promote international measures to restrict the use of cyber weapons against infrastructure and financial exchanges.
