This paper looks at the outcomes of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's five day visit to the US in 2014. Topics of discussion between him and President Barack Obama included 1) trade and investment; 2) civilian nuclear technology; 3) defense and security cooperation; 4) counter terrorism and intelligence sharing; and 5) repairing the diplomatic tensions between the US and India.
