This paper presents a scenario in which an agreement is reached between the P5+1 countries and Iran in which sanctions against Iran are removed in return for Iran partially dismantling its nuclear program. The authors then explore how Israel, the US, Iran, Europe, Russia, and the Gulf States would react if this scenario were to occur. They also provide some recommendations on how Israel should respond to such an eventuality.
