With Ukraine's troubles hovering in the background, this paper examines the positions of Estonia and Finland on common issues such as national sovereignty and security. The paper's authors conclude that there are deep-rooted differences between the countries on two particular points – how to handle Russia and how to integrate NATO into current Nordic-Baltic security arrangements.
