This report examines the debate over what monitoring and review process should exist for the UN's Post-2015 Development Agenda and partnerships. The author looks at the strengths and weaknesses of existing monitoring systems and identifies best practices for the future UN review process. She then proposes a process which she contends will facilitate the implementation of the post-2015 goals at the national level and enable the effective review of the goals a the international level.
