Publication

This commentary gives an overview of the ASEAN Community 2015 (AC15), an agreement due to be signed in 2015, which aims to ensure the free movement of goods, services, investment, skilled labor, and freer flow of capital among the signatories. In particular the author discusses 1) what the AC15 will mean for the region; and 2) the importance of effectively communicating the impact of the agreement to the populations of the ASEAN countries.
