This paper discusses Delhi's legislative assembly elections in February 2015 and the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) historic vistory. The author then illustrates the ramifications of the results for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and for Indian Prime Minister Modi’s popularity.
