This paper outlines Norway’s export control system for transfers of military-related technologies to China. In general, the author contends that while Norway has not formally adopted an arms embargo on China, a range of measures related to human rights and conflict prevention, ensure that the country's exports of military-relevant technologies to China are extremely limited.
