This paper discusses the financial support program for Ukraine announced by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on February 12th 2015. In particular, the author examines 1) how the deal will affect the restructuring of Ukraine's sovereign debt; and 2) the economic reform and anti-corruption conditions imposed on Ukraine as part of the IMF deal.
