This issue of JEMIE includes articles which focus on minority rights. In particular, topics examine 1) how the categorization of groups affect their rights in international law; 2) the concept of integration, taking into account three international bodies that deal with European minority issues; 3) recollections of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the Abkhazia region of Georgia; and 4) attitudes towards the right to free movement within the European Commission and the UK.
