This article examines what lessons Israel should learn from its 2015 home front exercise, an annual military drill that aims to prepare the public and authorities in the country for emergency scenarios and attacks. Among them are the requirements for 1) better dialogue and understanding between coordinating bodies, and 2) a comprehensive overview of local agencies and their preparedness.
