This issue contains articles on 1) relations between Pakistan, India and Afghanistan; 2) the 100 year anniversary of the death of hundreds of thousands of predominantly ethnic-Armenian subjects of the Ottoman Empire and the role which the recognition of the event as genocide plays in relations between Turkey, Azerbaijan and Armenia; 3) cultural sector reform in Kazakhstan; and 4) the potential for the building of a "Turkish Stream" pipeline, envisaged to transport Russian natural gas via the Black Sea to the Turkish-Greek border. The issue also contains field reports on 1) the May 2015 reshuffle in Georgia's government; 2) Kyrgystan's decision to hold a referendum to change the constitution; 3) Armenia’s commemoration of the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide; and 4) Azerbaijan's crackdown on human rights activists ahead of the European Games, which will take place in Baku in June 2015.
