Publication

This paper discusses the process of political transformation in Ukraine. The author highlights the importance of the Ukrainian reform process and emphasizes the need for supportive engagement on behalf of the European Union. The paper advocates that the EU take a pro-active role in assisting Ukraine and that eventual EU membership be kept open as an option for the country.
