This Insight takes stock of the triangular relationship between India, China and Pakistan. It specifically argues that China continues to capitalize on its strategic access to Pakistan, despite Beijing's concerns over anti-Chinese terrorism emanating from the country. One advantage, given China's claim that it is a non-hegemonic power, is that it can keep India "off-balance" by maintaining it can help harmonize India-China-Pakistan relations.
