This commentary discusses the changes in Australian government policy which may take place following the appointment of Malcolm Turnbull as Australian Prime Minister in September 2015. More specifically, the author briefly discusses 1) Malcolm Turnbull's business and career background; and 2) the ministerial appointments made to Turnbull's new cabinet and how their political outlooks may affect Australia's foreign and defense policy.
