More specifically, the text’s authors assess the impact of the latter technologies on 1) military planning, command and control, battle visualization and simulation, networked communications and signal processing, and chemical and biological agent detection; 2) the revolution in personalized drugs and the production of lethal biological weapons; 3) sensing, networking, data management and social media; and 4) the rising influence of artificial intelligence.
