This paper analyzes the Canadian Uranium supply industry, including how it has evolved and the legal framework that regulates Uranium production and trade within the country. The text's author further considers Canada’s recent bilateral nuclear cooperation agreements with India and Kazakhstan, and how Canadian provinces have the legal authority to prevent the exploration of non-renewable natural resources (such as Uranium) on their territory.
