This commentary explores what China’s recent reforms in “Informationised Warfare” might mean for its part of the world. As the text's author sees it, the People’s Liberation Army is making serious progress in becoming a more network-enabled force, but it still has a lot of catching up to do. That's good news, at least temporarily, for those who fret that China is trying to change the status quo in the Asia-Pacific region.
