Publication

This paper does indeed discuss the regional implications of China’s current military posture. More specifically, the author describes 1) how the country’s security environment has evolved since WWII; 2) the Chinese military’s increased funding and modernization efforts; and 3) the expanding roles being performed by the Chinese Navy in the Asia-Pacific region.
