The articles in this SSQ issue focus on 1) whether the US Air Force has been a good steward of the country’s space program or not; 2) the realities of US nuclear policy towards Russia; 3) Iran’s nuclear intentions and what factors could foster its ‘nuclear reversal’; 4) the threat posed by ‘stalkers’ in space; and 5) the need for a new US strategic nuclear funding mechanism. The journal also includes eight book reviews and a piece by Congressman Mike Rogers on why the US military requires a separate space force.
