Publication

This paper features several contributions from a one-day seminar conducted on 17 November 1992. The seminar assessed the problems confronted by United Nations military leaders during peacekeeping missions. The paper includes the keynote speech of the seminar and transcripts of debates, as well as essays discussing the various issues.
