This publication examines how Israel could better regulate cyberspace in order to strengthen cyber resilience. More specifically, the text’s authors first outline regulation in cyberspace in different territories (the US, Israel, the EU, and several countries in Europe), and regulation in different domains (environmental protection and nuclear energy). Drawing on this literature, they then develop a regulatory model for Israeli cyberspace focused on day-to-day operations, and provide recommendations on how to implement their proposed model.
