Publication

This paper illustrates linkages between justice and the rule of law and other key sectors, and discusses how issues of power, politics and national ownership are especially complex and important. It draws comparisons between economic and social assistance experience and research to make recommendations as to how to make policy for reconstruction in the sector more responsive, effective and efficient.
