This report analyzes policy responses to North Korea's nuclear program. It outlines the nature of its political regime and nuclear program, and the positions of the US as well as regional positions toward the regime. The report presents five policy options on how to face the nuclear threat from North Korea and proposes a phased approach to eliminate North Korea's nuclear program.
