This report summarizes the proceedings of a March 2007 conference on Singapore's Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning (RAHS) system. The presenters explain the concepts, methods and technology that drive the RAHS system, explain how it is designed to provide policymakers with anticipatory knowledge of upcoming risks and update the conference participants on the status of RAHS development in Singapore. They also explore other country and domain options for the RAHS.
