Publication

This paper outlines the author's plan on how to pursue his doctoral thesis on pre- and post-revolutionary regimes in Kyrgyzstan. The paper develops an understanding of the concepts of "hybrid regimes" and "adaptation processes," introduces the theoretical approach of the thesis and sheds light on the situation in Kyrgyzstan. Subsequently, the paper presents preliminary research findings and hypotheses on the regime's future.
