This report summarizes the findings of the "Living with China: Dynamic Interactions between Regional States and China" conference held in Singapore in March 2007. Questions discussed include how regional states have reacted to some of China’s major policy initiatives or behaviors and how regional states judge the nature, and the intention and strategic rationale behind China’s regional strategy.
