This report summarizes the findings and opinions voiced at the Security Cooperation and Governance in Southeast Asia: Responding to Terrorism, Insurgency and Seperatist Violence in Indonesia,Thailand and the Philippines conference held in Singapore in September 2006. Among the topics discussed were the roots of the different seperatist conflicts in Asia, the threat of Muslim extremism and government responses to terrorism.
