The three articles in this edition of the CTTA focus on 1) how the so-called Islamic State’s (IS) loss of territory in Iraq and Syria does not mean the group no longer poses a threat, particularly in light of the links the group has formed with radicalized individuals online; 2) IS’ cooperation with other terrorist groups in Southeast Asia; and 3) the factors that have hindered IS’ efforts to establish a foothold in the Indian Administered Jammu and Kashmir.
