Produced in collaboration with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, it provides practical guidance and support to professionals engaged in mediated peace processes to support ethical and professional decision-making. Part one focuses on defining what a peace process is. Part two outlines typical dilemmas in a peace process. Finally, part three examines values, principles and standards in peace processes.
