This report details the discussions held at an October 2007 conference on climate change and security. The discussions highlighted the complex challenges of climate change and their impact on Asia and the regions beyond. The conference concluded that climate change poses direct security risks and international concerns, which must be dealt with through a comprehensive and multi-sector approach.
