Publication

This report provides a summary of the presentations given at the energy security conference in Singapore in September 2007. The presentations discuss energy security in East Asia, general energy security frameworks across Asia, and the geopolitical impact of energy security issues on international cooperation in the region. Russia's energy policy toward Asia is examined and the associated opportunities and uncertainties explored.
