Publication

This paper explores the future status of Kosovo, focusing on diverse factors such as security, justice, politics, economics and governance. In particular, it addresses the weakness of the security and justice sector; the roles and responsibilities of different authorities; the divisions in Kosovo society and its economic challenges. Finally, it identifies potential factors of conflict and suggests opportunities for peace.
