This issue of China Security contains contribution by several authors on the state of Chinese-Taiwanese relations, the prospects for a reunifcation between the two both parties and the dangers of an escalating conflict. The authors also examine the role of the US in finding a solution to the problem and warn of the use of space-based weapons or related countermeasures.
