Publication

This paper 1) specifies a way to enhance human rights due diligence in conflict-affected and high-risk areas, and 2) provides guidance on how business enterprises can deal with the risks of operating in such contexts. The paper’s suggestions complement existing international standards which are based on the UN’s Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD’s Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
