20 Mar 2008

This publication contributes to the discussion about the EU's future migration and border policies. The authors put forward a package of policy recommendations covering three themes. The first is on how to get the best results in structuring justice and home affairs in the EU. The second is on how to master the integration debate and comprehensively frame the citizen-foreigner-immigrant relationship. The third theme deals with utilizing large-scale information systems with interoperable databases for the protection of people living in the EU.
