This article assesses the attention Brazil gets in the media and compares it to the other BRIC countries' (Brazil, Russia, India and China) share in overall reporting. It particularly examines the visibility of Brazil in German, US and UK news and concludes that despite being a major player in the region, Brazil struggles to get the right issues across and has little impact internationally.
