This paper presents a collection of articles on the contemporary dynamics of NGO sector development in Kyrgyzstan. The first part contains reviews of all five roundtables between representatives of think tanks and NGO activists in Kyrgyzstan. The second part presents individual articles on the role and perspectives of the NGO sector and the definition of methodologies and instruments for researching civil society in Kyrgyzstan.
