This edition of Connections journal focuses on the relationship between women, peace and existing security agendas. The journal’s six articles specifically look at the potential impact of gender perspectives on security sectors; an SSR approach to implementing women, peace and security agendas; the integration of women into the Bundeswehr between 2000 and 2015; the gender mainstreaming of the security sector in Bosnia-Herzegovina; and what a ‘men, peace and security agenda’ might look like.
