This JOBS issue looks at how perceptions of security have changed in the three Baltic states since Russia’s annexation of Crimea and the outbreak of violence in Eastern Ukraine. The articles specifically focus on 1) the regional shifts in security policy that occurred between 2014 and 2016; 2) how Estonia presently perceives its national security interests; 3) how Latvia’s security and defense policies have evolved over the last three years; and 4) how the Lithuanian public has shifted its views on security and national defense. The issue also includes three book reviews.
