This paper breaks down Prime Minister Modi’s shifting attitude towards the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and why it signals an overall change in India’s Palestine policy. Basically, the Indian leader wants to establish individual relations with both Israel and Palestine, and that desire has led India to 1) no longer apologize for its dealings with Israel, and 2) stop calling East Jerusalem the capital of the future Palestinian State.
