This paper takes stock of Ukraine’s ongoing efforts to implement comprehensive reforms in the wake of the 2014 Euromaidan Revolution, including anti-corruption measures and various judicial, political and economic improvements. The text’s authors additionally analyze the Ukrainian government’s incremental progress towards EU integration, which continues to stumble over “legal approximation” problems. To overcome such issues, Ukraine’s internal reformers will need to continue working with key members of the international community.
