This report examines nuclear proliferation dangers related to challenges and breaks of the Nuclear Non-Profileration Treaty. The author suggests to put proliferation-sensitive technologies - enrichment and reprocessing - under multilateral control. Further, he proposes that Australia, with its strong nonproliferation credentials, could take a leading role with a coalition of countries to build support for such an approach.
