This paper addresses the role of US-Russian cooperation in preventing nuclear terrorism. It identifies key points for action to counter the threat and it proposes measures that the US and Russia can take together. The author argues that the international community cannot defeat nuclear terrorism or limit it without an active alliance between Washington and Moscow.
