This paper proposes a modified Nuclear Non-Proliferation regime that would be more practical and effective. The study discusses two approaches: making the regime stronger while making it more attractive to adhere to its requirements, and making the verification regime stronger and less prone to cheating. The author argues that since the actions of the international community have failed to correct violations in a satisfactory fashion, it is imperative that a more effective regime be adopted.
