This study charts and analyzes the results of Israeli annual public opinion surveys from 2005 to 2007. It assesses where the Israeli collective is positioned on different issues including possible agreements with the Palestinians, territorial exchange, the security fence and unilateralism. The authors note that of all demographic variables examined, the factor most strongly correlated with the attitudes, positions and opinions of the respondents is religious self-identification.
